Aswad - Rebel Souls (1984)

One of England's most successful Reggae bands. This album seems to be a turning point for Aswad, as they begin to transition away from roots-style reggae of their earlier albums towards a sound that is more watered down with soda.

Mad Professor Captures Pato Banton

This one's been in heavy rotation for a while now, and is too good (in my humble opinion) not to share. Hoping to find a lossless copy in the bargain bin one of these days.

Salmonella Dub - Heal Me

A friend of mine hooked me up with this album after a year of living in New Zealand. By his account, the country sounds overtly chill. A great place to hitch hike, or put day-glow orange flames on the roof of your $400 van.
